She is survived by: her sons, Jason Kyzar (Kelsey) and Justin Kyzar; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Kyzar and Kasyn Kyzar; and her mother-in-law Kyzar Summers. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins, as well as other loving family members and friends.
