He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Garrett Williams; his son Louis Mannon Williams; and his sisters, Dora WilliamsSansing and Bennie Ruth Williams Douglas. He is survived by: his grandfather Alfa Thompson Williams; his wife JoeAnn Skelton Williams; and his children, Cheryl Moultrie, Robert Moultrie of Woodbury, Janet Mullins, Larry Mullins of Starkville, Tom Williams, Leone Williams of Seattle, Amy Scott and Steve Scott of Jackson. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
