He is survived by: his children, Waylon Madison (Barbara) and Candi King (Donnie); and his grandchildren, Alexander Pizarras (Whitney), Devon Pizarras, Victoria Pizarras, Dustin Madison, Leanne Crosby (Connor), Savannah Madison, William Madison and Matthew Carr. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
