He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Travis and Elise Brown Travis of Runnelstown, Mississippi.; his grandmother Faye Travis; his grandson Derek Travis; and his brother Daniel Travis.
He is survived by: his wife Nina Travis of Runnelstown; his children, Allen Travis of Carriere, Gloria Reid (Carl) of Runnelstown and Carol Breland (Joey) of Runnelstown; and his stepchildren, Cindy Howard (Glenn) of Runnelstown, Karen Strange (Tom) of Runnelstown and Steve Hinton (Debra) of Runnelstown. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Runnelstown (9211 MS-42, Petal, MS 39465). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
