She is survived by: her children, Charles Willingham, Jr. (Cindy) of Birmingham, AL and Kathryn "Kathy" Cummins of Ruleville, MS; her grandchildren, Kelly Cummins Latham (Bryant) of Antioch, TN, Charles "Chuck" Willingham, III (Susan) of Tupelo, MS, Matthew Parker Cummins (Jennifer) of Rena Lara, MS and Carmon Willingham Miller (Josh) of Calhoun City, MS; her great grandchildren, Natalie Willingham, Sarah Kathryn Willingham, Charlie Beth Willingham, Parker Cummins, Ford Cummins, Clay Miller and Slade Austin Miller; and her siblings, Betty Ann Milam of Columbus, MS and Brenda Williams (Danny) of Aliceville, AL..
