He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Raymond Willingham, Sr. and Marie Wright Willingham; his wife Patsy Gibson Willingham; his daughter Dawn Willingham Christian; and his siblings, Raymond Willingham, Bill Willingham, Donnie Willingham, Addie Welch, Dorothy Slater and Vontice Kimbrell.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Marty Christian of Fulton, MS; and his grandsons, Blake Christian (Vicki) of Fulton, MS and John Reed Christian of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
