She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Marvin Vowell and Ruby Gibson Vowell; her husband James F. "Buck" Wilkins; her children, Jackie Story Westbrook and Janice Story Marquis; her great grandchild Lora Ashleigh Westbrook; and her siblings, Imogene Terrell (Franklin), Ruby Nell Seghers (Eddie), Margie Powers (Charles) and Jack Vowell (Jo).
She is survived by: her children, Juanita, Marvin Story (Julie) of Bay St, Bob Story (Devon) of Tuscola, IL., Jean Wilkins (Earline) of Mt. Pleasant, MI., Mary Griffin (Allen) of Drew, MS. and Lois Williams (Marcus) of York, PA.; her brother James Kenneth "Yogi" Vowell (Lady Jane) of Huntsville, AL.; and her grandchildren, Conn Westbrook, John Story, Libby McRight (John), Merideth Van Namen (Stephen), Jared Story (Kristin), Andrea McCann (Tim), Jackson Griffin, Malynn Griffin, Jessica Cummins, Meghan West (Tyler), Olivia Williams and Dallas Williams. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
