He was predeceased by: his father Hugh Miller Arant Sr.; and his brother David Carver Arant Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Kathryn Carver Arant; his wife Lucy Lea Arant; his sister Allyson Arant Land (John); and his sister-in-law Ann Elizabeth Arant. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ruleville United Methodist Church (100 S Chester Ave, Ruleville, MS 38771). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the Lehrton Cemetery.
