He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie D. Pascal Lowery and Clara Pearl Kirby Lowery of Ruleville, MS.; and his brother James Wayne Lowery. He is survived by: his wife Jean Stringfellow Lowery; his sons, Russell Alan Lowery (Debra) of Hermitage, PA, Charles Bradley Lowery (Debra) of Dallas, TX, Michael Scott Lowery (Joni) of Houston, TX and Gregory Gene Lowery (Carla) of Steens, MS; and his siblings, Darlene Williams (Billy) of Ruleville, MS and Albert Lowery (Kathy) of Moulton, AL.
