With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Audrey Jeanette Kelly of Ruleville, Mississippi, who passed away on January 4, 2022 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey Meredith and Evelyn Quarles Meredith; and her son Rex Kelly. She is survived by: her daughters, Suzanne Salters (Keith) of Brandon, MS and Erica Feldman (Paul) of Louisville, NC; and her sisters, Jane Stephen (Dan) of Millington, TN and Madelene Meredith of Minter City, MS. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
