He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Bolin, Jr. and Geraldine Bolin; his wife Velmon Nichols Bolin; his grandparents, Rev. Luther Bolin, Sr. and Warrie Bolin; and his brothers, Rev. Edward Lee Bolin (Mary) and Timmy Bolin.
He is survived by: his children, Marcus Bolin and Michelle Bolin (Greg); and his siblings, Joyce Dunbar (Abram), Billy Bolin (Gloria), Delores Flenory (Clifford), Charles Bolin (Tonya), Audrey Farmer, Brenda Jones (Lawrence) and Luther Bolin III (Paula). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
