He was predeceased by: his father Arvel Otto Lewis; his brother David Lewis; and his sister-in-law Debbie Lewis. He is survived by: his daughters, Lauren E Lewis of New Orleans, LA and Genna Lewis Irby (Stephen) of Gulfport, MS; his grandchildren, Harvey, Hays and Huntington Irby of Gulfport, MS; and his siblings, A. O. Lewis (Pat) of Cleveland, MS, Ronnie Lewis of Leland, MS and Theresa Skelton (David) of Greenville, MS. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
