He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Manter and Eleanor Manter; and his brother David Michael Manter. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Manter; his stepsons, Anthony and Dustin Hall; and his siblings, Gordon Leo Manter, Jr. (Rhonda), Debra Ann McKee (Mark) and Mary Beth Lawrence (David). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 regulations a private family graveside will follow in Mississippi Veteran's Cemetery, Newton, MS.
