She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Earl and Ruby Bowie Newsom; her husbands, Kenneth Hendrix and Tom Gore; and her brothers, Gene Newsom and Gerald Newsom.
She is survived by: her children, Kenny Hendrix (Susan), David Hendrix, Melissa Koenig (Ken), Becky Frye and Joyce Guy; and her siblings, Larry Newsom and Christy Strombeck. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
