He is survived by: his wife Pamela Billings; his daughter Miranda Billings; his mother Adel Boykin; his sons, Dewayne Boykin, Timothy Allen and Steven Billings; his stepsons, Charles and Allen Wilkerson; and his brother Claude Billings. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
