She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Jobe and Jewll D. Jobe; her husband Offie Burl Yelverton; her daughter Sandra Jewell Welch; her granddaughter Elizabeth Katelyn Craddock; and her siblings, S. Wayne Jobe, Bobbie Clark, Dorothy Pitts and Eva Sellers.
She is survived by: her siblings, George Lamar Jobe, Peggy J. Lane and Eddie D. Vermillion; her sons, Joseph B. Yelverton (Pat) and Michael W. Yelverton (Charla); and her grandchildren, Christopher D. Welch (Teresa), Shelly G. Craddock (Brad), Melissa A. Patterson, Rosa L. Yelverton, Jeremiah B. Yelverton (Sadie), Joseph B. Yelverton, II (Ali), Michael J. Yelverton (Hailey) and Charles C. Yelverton. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rolling Fork Church of Christ (39159 US-61, Rolling Fork, MS). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at the Mound Cemetery (149 Bear Lake Rd, Rolling Fork, MS 39159).
