He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah Jane "Sally" Hunter Blackley; and his brother Ronnie Fleeman. He is survived by: his sons, Scott Blackley of Tupelo, Brian Blackley (Brandi) of Clarksville and Tenn; his granddaughters, Erin Blackley of Memphis, Lauren Blackley of Clarksville and Tenn; his brother Jackie Fleeman (Sarah) of Cary; and his cousins, Donna Lynne Corban and Jo Anne Tircuit. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
