It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alton Ray Robertson (Rolling Fork, Mississippi), born in Cary, Mississippi, who passed away on September 9, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Robertson and Lessie Robertson (French); his siblings, Jerry Robertson and Shirley Theall; and his grandson Kevin Nichols.

He is survived by: his wife Jannetje Robertson of Benton; his children, Vanessa Bradley (Gerald) of Texarkana, Alton Robertson Jr. of Hot Springs, Britney Smith (Todd) of Benton, Donjere Ankney (Jesse) of Benton and Paul Robertson (Lindsey) of Benton; his siblings, Tim Robertson of Batesville and Janette Garner of Greeneville; and his friend Alton. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Music Ministry at First Baptist Church of Benton.
