He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter M. Hopper, Sr. and Sara Louise Hopper; and his wife Annie Louise Brooks Hopper. He is survived by: his children, David M. Hopper of Ripley, MS, Teresa Anne Hopper of Ripley, MS, Christina L. Elder (Michael) of Ripley, MS and Denise Richardson (Keith) of Maben, MS; and his grandchildren, Alleigh Clemmer of Ripley, MS, Emma Elder of Ripley, MS, Delta Koon of Ramer, TN, Jimmy Jarvis of Falkner, MS and Jordan Thomas of Myrtle, MS. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
