He is survived by: his daughters, Angie Rooker of Ripley and Carin Booker of Ripley; his grandchildren, Wendell "Munchie" Booker, Jr., Rhyan Booker, Christan Booker (Austin Hill) and Taylor Heavener (Kaleb); and his great grandchildren, Payton, Rolyn, Jettie, Tessa, Rylan and Babee.
