He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ann Pannell; his children, Terri Swinford (Jason) of Ripley, Ashley Barnes (Christopher) of Ripley, Hannah Pannell of Ripley and Scottie Pannell of Little Rock, AR; and his siblings, Mevoline Tennison (Mike) of Booneville and Johnny Pannell of Ripley.
