She was predeceased by: her parents, William Crosby Jeter and Icie Pannell Jeter; her son Kevin Scott Haynes; and her brothers, Tate, Henry and David Jeter.
She is survived by: her husband William A. Cowsert of Ripley, MS; her daughters, Sherie Powers (James) of Booneville, MS, Angie Flake (Les) of Ripley, MS and Estella Gail Haygood (Chris) of Corinth, MS; and her siblings, Jerry Jeter (Virginia) of Falkner, MS and Betty Anderson of Southaven, MS. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
