He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Hill and Doris Yates Hill; his wife Dee Ann "Brock" Hill; his brother Johnny O'Neal Hill; and his granddaughter McKayla Hill.

He is survived by: his son Brian Keith "Bo" Hill of Ripley, MS; his stepdaughters, Kimberly DeeAnn Robinson of Ripley, MS and Shelby Lynn Robinson of Ripley, MS; and his sister Linda K. Lancaster of Ripley, MS. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
