She was predeceased by: her parents, James Poe and Frances Wright Poe; and her brother Keith Poe. She is survived by: her daughter Amy Christine Powers (Tommy) of Olive Branch, MS; her half-brother James Wallace Poe (Anna) of Ohio; her grandchildren, Shelby McGee, Hannah Pugh, Victoria Pugh and Cameron McLearen; and her great grandchildren, Timothy Renfroe and Levi Jones.

Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McBride Funeral Home, Inc. (206 N Commerce St, Ripley, MS 38663). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
