He is survived by: his wife Sarah Wiltshire of Carrollton, MS.; his children, Melinda Cook, Jeffrey Cook (Paige) and Jennifer Massey (Joey); his grandchildren, Mary Lauren Cook, Jackson Cook, Caroline Cook, Eric Massey, Sarah Anne Massey and Kaylan Massey; and his siblings, Fred Cook, Juanita Ryder of Baldwyn and Sara Hardin (Billy) of Lucedale. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
