He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas Greer (Johnny) and Zora Lee Parham Greer; his sister Maggie Hester; his siblings-in-law, Shirley Greer, James Meeks and Jackie Hester; and his great-nephews, Ryan Sanderson and Jonah Condon.
He is survived by: his siblings, Billy Greer (Barbara), Lee Earl Greer (Mary Ann), Danny Ray "Rod" Greer, Sallie English (Larry), Mary Ruth Meeks and Connie Mauney (Roger). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
