He is survived by: his wife Pat Simpson Owen; his daughters, Deborah Sanders of Dumas, Kathleen Henson (Ronnie) of Dumas and Pamela Woodfin (Paul) of Florence, AL; his sister Margret Taylor; and his grandchildren, Patrick Owen Sanders, Dylan Henson (Jayna Street), Jayden Woodfin, Luke Woodfin and Trent Woodfin.
