She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Thomas and Opal Grady Thomas; her son Lonnie Bryan; her brothers, Lee Thomas and Buddy Thomas; and her close friend Martin Ellis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ginger Kay Rogers (Tom) of Ripley, MS and Pat Ann Hall (Joey) of Blue Mountain, MS; her sisters, Sue Glidewell (Ricky) of Water Valley, MS and Mary Nell Beasley of Sherman, MS; and her grandchildren, Alicia Reaves (Ben), Chase Hall, Christine Brown (Cody) and Jody Miller (Shawna). She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
