He is survived by: his wife Barbara Whitehorn Tapp; his daughter Laura Lee Tapp; his sister Nancy Tapp Tate (John); and his stepsons, Keith Coffey (Kim), Bradley Coffey (Nikki), Jeffery Coffey (Johnna) and Jason Coffey (Melissa). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three step grandchildren; three great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
