He is survived by: his daughter Angel Cook; his siblings, Joe Paul Cook (Patricia) of Blue Mountain, MS and Frances Marie Mosley of Lorain, OH; and his niece Gracie Isom (James) of Blue Mountain, MS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
