He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Earl and Virtie Lee Chism Adair; his wife Patricia Lee Ralph; and his siblings, Anne Ruth Beaty, Evelyn Williams and Ralph Adair.
He is survived by: his son Gary Adair (Ann) of Ripley; and his grandchildren, Vincent Adair of Ripley and Lisa Noe of Ripley.
