He is survived by: his wife Paulette; his son Alwinzo Craine; his stepdaughter Alicia Carter (Tony); his siblings, May Scruggs, Emma Hudson of Ashland, MS, Nancy Cox of Ripley, William Scruggs of Ashland, MS, Clarence Scruggs (Cortennia) of Lamar, MS, J. W. Scruggs of Ripley, MS, Sandy Jenkins, Charles Glover, Gholson Glover, Jr., Grant Glover, David Glover and Robert Bady of Holly Springs, MS; his aunt Georgetta Jones of Holly Springs, MS; and his cousins, Andrew, Meghan and David Hudson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles.
Viewing was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:55 PM at the Samuel Chapel M. B. Church (20561 MS-5, Ashland, MS 38603). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
