He is survived by: his wife Nanette Shoffner Pannell; his children, Ken Pannell (Sarah), Marty Pannell (Stacy), Pamela Hall, Rodney Gates (Michelle) and Dawn Vance (Will); his grandchildren, Ashley Boland, Jamie Hall (Britney), Zayne Vance, Easton Vance, Colton Morrison (Makenzie) and Thomas Jamison (Morgan); his great grandchildren, Caden, Ella Jade, Blaine, Donovan, Rollins and Millie; his sister Judy Young (Danny); and his sisters-in-law, Brenda Pannell and Wanda Pannell.
