She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry and Ruby Allen Ratliff; her husband Gilroy; her daughter Evangelist Teresa Johnson Smith; her siblings, Henry Allen Ratliff, William Paul Ratliff, Sr., Lonnie Harold Ratliff, Joseph Richard Ratliff and Katie Lee Storey; and her grandson Paul Anthony Rogers, Jr. (T. J.).
She is survived by: her children, Alfonso Bails (Annette) of Cordova, Gilroy Jr. Bails (Helen) of Ripley, Gregory Bails (Pam) of Olive Branch, Mississippi and Grace Diane Rogers (Tony) of Ripley, Mississippi; her son-in-law Johnnie Q. Smith of Ripley, Mississippi; her sister Johnnie Mae Cox of Ripley Mississippi; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Ratliff of Columbia Missouri, Scottie Townsend Ratliff of Harvey and Dorothy Bails of Ripley Mississippi. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
