He is survived by: his children, Belinda Gail Hughes (Jason) of Norton, VA, Tammy Lee Howard of Coeburn, VA, Danny Scott Howard (Linda) of Coeburn, VA, Angela Lynn Collins (Leroy) of Coeburn, VA and Stacie Jean Hamilton (Tony) of Coeburn, VA; and his brothers, Billy Joe Howard (Jeanine) of Ripley and Larry Joe Howard (Diane) of Hickory Flat.
