He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Erchell and Nonnie Jewell Middleton Bryant; his former wife Carolyn Ross Bryant; his son Bewell C. Bryant Jr.; his sister Carol Dean Lewis; and his grandson Taylor Bryant.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel Smith Paseur Bryant; his children, Lauren Yawn (Mike) of Phenix City, AL, Lisa Hughes (Larry) of Oxford, Bettie Joyce Cappleman (Barry) of Ft. Wayne, IN, Margie Shelton (Charlie) of Ripley, Bobby Travis Paseur (Sherri) of Ripley and Billy Alvin Paseur of Essary Springs, TN; and his brother Ray Bryant (Peggy) of Brandon, MS. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
