As Beatrice departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Beatrice. Though Beatrice may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ilean Lewis and Richard Lewis; her brother Calvin Lewis; and her son Joey Shelton. She is survived by: her children, Renee Thompson (Kevin) and Jonathan Lewis (Shondranika) of Holly Spring, MS; her siblings-in-law, Winnie Woodard of Michigan City, MS, Phyllis Walls of Michigan City, MS, Bertha Lewis of Moscow, TN, James Shelton of Lamar, MS and Marvin Walls (Lashunda) of Lamar, MS; and her close friend Diane Ayers. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; three Great grandchildren; and a host of Nieces, Nephews.
