He is survived by: his friends, Doug, Linda Miller and Vickie; his wife Mary Thurmond Mask; his children, Miranda Cook (John), Cindy Rutherford (Cody), Danny Mask (Shea) and Ricky Price (Jackie); and his grandchildren, Greg Cook, Anna Cook, Abby Cook, Ben Cook, Jarret Greer, Madison Schweppe, Clara Greer, Kaitlyn Richardson, Ryan Rutherford, Karmen Brown, Ashley Carpenter, Hunter Stubblefield, Daniel Stubblefield and Kaylee Rutherford. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
