He was predeceased by: his son Eric B. Palmer; his father Jasper Bonnie Palmer; and his sister Debra Crowe. He is survived by: his children, Richard Palmer of Rienzi and Amber Taylor (Drew) of Rienzi; his siblings, Johnny Palmer (Trina) of Rienzi, Larry Palmer (Brenda) of Rienzi, Ruth Shadburn (Pat) of Rienzi, Alma Lassiter of Walnut and Martha Gardner (Danny) of Booneville; his mother Eveline Palmer of Rienzi; and his grandchildren, Eric Palmer, Brayence Palmer, Madilyn Taylor and Milo Taylor.
