She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Key and Jewel Key; her husband Walter "Perk" Perry; and her siblings, Edgar Hershell Key, Will Key, Max Key, Helen Green, Lorene Lambert, Shirley Barrett, Ann English, Janice Whitehorn and Sheila Key.
She is survived by: her sons, Ken Nash (Tammy) and Keith Nash (Christy); her stepchildren, Ricky Perry (Cheryl) and Pam Bryant (Robert); her siblings, Ralph Key and Pat Henderson (Terry); and her grandchildren, Jason Lacy (Tiffany), Dustin Lacy (Sandra), Andrew Perry, Kari Beth Jumper (Warren), Kimberly Woodard (Jesse), Anna Bellinger, Peyton Nash (Autumn), Grace Pannell (Jeremy) and Noah Nash. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; and numerous nephews and nieces.
In remembrance of Jolene, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to the Rienzi Baptist Church children's and youth ministries or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
