He is survived by: his wife Harriet Smith Ashley; his children, David William Ashley (Cherry), Darlene Ashley Prince and Donna Ashley Josey (Jimmy Jon); his grandchildren, Jennifer Marie Ashley, Joshua David Ashley (Nicole), Jonathan Lloyd Josey (Wesley), Rebecca Josey Muse (Hugh) and Tristan William Prince; and his great grandchildren, Caleb Ashley, Callan Ashley, Seth Josey, Haddon Josey, Finley Josey and Allie May Muse.
