It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martice Edwin Attaway in Ridgeland, Mississippi, born in Fouke, Arkansas, who passed away on April 29, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Attaway and Clara Attaway; his former wife Knoxie Attaway; and his son Kenneth Attaway. He is survived by: his former spouse Knoxie Wilburn; his wife Alice Attaway of Auburn; his children, Steve Attaway of Fouke and Debbie Cade (Allen) of Madison; his daughters-in-law, Margaret Attaway of Fouke and Beth Stukenholtz (Ty) of Auburn, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Brian Attaway of Belmont, Scott Attaway of Gastonia, Lindsay Cade of Lakewood and Tanner Cade of Madison; and also, Martice, Knoxie, Stephen, Debra and Kenneth. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
