He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ed Murrah and Laura Thelma Burkes Murrah; and his siblings, Clara Melton, Linda Barnes, Geri Evans, Ethel Watson, Joy Sumrall, Kris Dobszewicz and Baby Boy Murrah.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Noah Murrah of Clinton; his daughter Neki Murrah Albritton of Gulfport; his granddaughter Tori "Tootum" Pennington (Chad); and his great grandchildren, Mason Lee Pennington, Brayden Reese Pennington, Carter James Pennington and Greyson Edward Pennington. He is also survived by three nephews and two nieces.
In Lieu of Flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or to a favorite charity.
