It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Morris of Ridgeland, Mississippi, who passed away on March 14, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Larry Morris to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Morris and Beatrice Morris. He is survived by: his wife Janiece Morris; his sons, David Morris (Holly) of Canton, MS and Prentiss Morris (Laura) of Canton, MS; his sisters, Katy Ballard (Royce) of New Orleans, LA and Martha Schatz of Spindale, NC; and his grandchildren, Emily Morris, Presley Morris, Sophie Morris, Kathryn Morris and Sam Morris.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Old Town Wesley Church (234 W Jackson St, Ridgeland, MS 39157). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. An entombment was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at the Parkway Memorial Cemetery (1161 Highland Colony Pkwy, Ridgeland, MS 39157).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Larry's memory may be made to Old Town Wesley Church.
