She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Vanlandingham and Nellie Vanlandingham; her son Steve Speed; and her siblings, Elaine Vanlandingham, Florence Proctor, McCrea Shelton, Frances Parks, Barbara, Clarence Vanlandingham, V. B. "Sonny" Vanlandingham, Wayne Vanlandingham, Lamar Vanlandingham, James Vanlandingham and Billy Vanlandingham.
She is survived by: her great-niece Kristi Hardy; her nephew Jeff Proctor; and also, Ainsley Hardy (Will Romano) and Aiden Hardy. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sebrell Funeral Home (425 Northpark Dr, Ridgeland, MS 39157). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
