He was predeceased by: his grandfather Friedrich Mann; and his parents, Bessie Vance Cook Mann and Arthur Christopher Mann. He is survived by: his brother Paul (Prussia) of Schweidnitz; his brother-in-law Frank Owen; his brother George; his daughter Linda Dianne; his extended family, Linda (Jack McDaniel) and Fred; his brother Louis; his great-nieces, Hannah, Katherine, Elizabeth and Sarah; and his nieces and nephews, Karen and Chris.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Parkway Funeral Home Chapel (1161 Highland Colony Pkwy, Ridgeland, MS 39157). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.

The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to a favorite charity in Fred's memory.
