He was predeceased by: his parents, E. M. "Jake" Spencer and Eloise Spencer; his parents-in-law, P. R. and Elizabeth Daly; his siblings, Marietta Morrison and Steve Spencer; and his siblings-in-law, Helen Hailey, Mary Daly and John Daly.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Spencer; his children, Patrick Spencer of Brandon, MS, John Spencer (Mollie) of Senatobia, MS, Elizabeth Spencer (Allison) of Brandon, MS and William Spencer (Chelsea) of Brandon, MS.; his siblings-in-law, Rosalie Spencer of Columbus, MS, Patsy Kelley of Nashville, TN, Kathy Baker (Davis) of Columbus, MS and Bill Daly (Sharon) of Grenada, MS; and also Ed. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
