She is survived by: her husband Billy Forst of Tampa, FL; her sister Ernestine Gober Foster of Harrison, AR; her children, Pam Runnels Osborne (Russell) of Lutz, FL, Ted Runnels of Mendenhall, MS and Jimmy Taylor of Brandon, MS; her grandchildren, Monica Taylor of Tampa, FL, Judi Bruton (Dan) of Smyrna, GA, Lisa McIlwain of Uniontown, PA, Jessica Runnels Shultz (Jarod) of Mendenhall, MS, Eva and Carr Taylor of Brandon, MS; and her sisters-in-law, Judy, Janell and Peggy Gober. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
