He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Anderson Ishee; his parents, James Ottis and Aletha Gable Ishee; and his siblings, O. J. Ishee, Paul Ishee, Wayne Ishee, Gayola Ainsworth, Ann Clayton, Verdie Phillips and Joanne Windham.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Ishee (Joan) of Pearl, MS and Karen Horton (Thomas) of Montgomery, AL; his grandchildren, Brett Ishee, Laurin Bailey (Ryan), Bobby Horton (Maggie), Josh Horton, John Horton (Savannah), Sam Horton (Amber) and Mary Thornton (Bo); his great grandchildren, Riley, Cade, Ellie, Isabel, Ruby, Griff, Rhys Horton, Judah, Ruthie, Milo, John Conner Horton, Avery Taylor Ishee and Kaitlyn Grace Bailey; and his sister Pansy Geiger of Perkinston, MS..
