He was predeceased by: his wife Kathern Freeman; his parents, Edgar Freeman and Mary Jane Freeman; his sister Vivian Graham; and his daughters-in-law, Krista Freeman and Kimberly D. Freeman.
He is survived by: his children, Kelvin Freeman of Richton, Clifton Freeman (Lendy) of Richton, Craig Freeman (Kim) of Richton and Karen Freeman (Ted) of Laurel; and his brothers, Larry Freeman, Ronnie "Rod" Freeman of Richton and Edward "Whick" Freeman of Leakesville. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
